Objective Guidance and Counseling

In general, the purpose of guidance and counseling services are working to help the counselee counselees can: 
(1) the completion of the study plan activities, career development as well as his life in the future; 
(2) develop all the potential and its strengths as optimal as possible; 
(3) adjusting to the educational environment, the environmental community and the work environment; 
(4) to overcome obstacles and difficulties encountered in the study, adjustments to the education environment, society, and the work environment.

To achieve these goals, they should get the opportunity to: 
(1) recognize and understand the potential, strength, and tasks developm-bangannya, 
(2) recognize and understand potential or opportunities that exist in the environment, 
(3) identify and set goals and plan his life as well as plan achievement of these objectives, 
(4) understand and cope with the difficulties of its own
 (5) using his ability to self-interest, the interest of the institution and the public work place, 
(6) adjust to the situation and the demands of the environment; and 
(7) develop all the potential and its strengths optimally.


In particular guidance and counseling aimed at helping the counselee in order to achieve development tasks that include personal aspects-social, learning (academic), and career.

1. The purpose of the guidance and counseling related to personal-social aspects of counselees are:

Has a strong commitment in practice the values ​​of faith and devotion to God Almighty, both in private life, family, relationships with peers, school / Madrasah, workplaces, and society in general.
Have an attitude of tolerance toward people of other faiths, with mutual respect and preserve the rights and obligations of each.
Having an understanding of the rhythm of life that fluctuated between fun (grace) and unpleasant (disaster), as well as able to respond positively and in accordance with the teachings of the religion professed.
Having an understanding and acceptance of yourself objectively and constructively, both associated with the advantages and weaknesses; both physically and psychologically.
Having a positive attitude or respect for ourselves and others.

Being respect for others, respect or respect for others, not insulting the dignity or self-esteem.

2. The purpose of the guidance and counseling related to academic aspects (study) are:

Having an awareness of the potential in aspects of learning, and understand the various obstacles that may arise in the learning process is going through.
Have an attitude and a positive learning habits, such as the habit of reading books, learning discipline, had attention to all the lessons, and actively participates in all activities programmed learning.
Has a higher motive for lifelong learning.
Have the skills or techniques of effective learning, such as reading skills, use traditional dictionaries, lesson notes, and preparing for examinations.
Have the skills to set goals and educational planning, like making study schedules, tasks, establish itself in a deepening of certain subjects, and trying to obtain information about various things in order to develop a wider horizon.
Have the mental preparation and the ability to face the test.

3. The purpose of the guidance and counseling related to career aspect is

Having an understanding of self (abilities, interests and personalities) associated with the job.
Having knowledge about the world of work and career information to support career maturity competence.
Having a positive attitude towards the world of work. In a sense willing to work in any field of work, without feeling inferior, origins meant for him, and in accordance with religious norms.
Understanding the relevance of learning competencies (ability to master the lesson) with the requirements of expertise or skill occupations that the ideals of a future career.
Having the ability to establish a career identity, by identifying the characteristics of the job, the ability (requirement) is required, sosiopsikologis work environment, job prospects, and workfare.
Have the ability to plan for the future, namely designing a rational way of life to get the roles that match their interests, abilities, and socio-economic living conditions.
