Being Bachelor Degree
Until now, scholars may be widened still yearning and hope for most people, of course with the reasons and motives are diverse, ranging from motifs that are naive to the pragmatic-idealistic altruistic motives. In this case, the naive-pragmatic motives could be interpreted as encouragement that are oriented to private interests, for example, to become rich, or get a position in the office, through the efforts and actions that justifies cara.Sementara altruistic-idealistic motives can be understood as a motif which is based to serve and benefit others, through the efforts of studying hard and earnestly.
Bachelor is an academic degree awarded to graduates of the undergraduate program (S-1). To obtain a bachelor's degree, normatively takes time lecturing for 4-6 years or have been taking courses with the number of credits as much as 140-160. If a person has been cleared by a college, then he is entitled to a degree.
Up to the end of the 70s, where scholars may be said quite rare creature on Earth Indonesia, probably because at that time the number of universities (public and private) in Indonesia is still relatively limited. The latest developments, pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 8 in 2012 on the National Qualifications Framework Indonesia, undergraduate (S1) is classified as an office technician or analyst (not categorized as an expert) is at the level (level) 6 (six), with a description of the qualifications, as follows:
Ability to apply and utilize their expertise in the field of science and technology in solving problems and able to adapt to the situation at hand.

Being able to take the right decisions based on analysis of information and data, and is able to provide guidance in selecting various alternative solutions independently and groups.

Noting the provisions of the National Qualifications Framework Indonesia (KKNI) proficiency level, it appears that a scholar actually has a relatively high position in the structure of Indonesian society, seen from the scientific capacity and its competence.
