Supervisor Qualifications Education Unit
Academic qualifications required for supervisors and potential supervisors education unit consists of general and specific qualifications.
(1) General (applicable to all supervisors education unit):
Stylists have a minimum rank of class III space / c
Maximum age 50 years since he was appointed as superintendent of education unit.
Never predicate teacher or principal achievement
Pass Selection education watchdog unit
Taking professional education inspectors
(2) Special
a. Supervisory TK / RA / BA, SD / MI:
minimal educational background preferred S1 S2 education at all educational expertise TK / SD's.
Kindergarten teacher / SD certified with work experience of at least eight (8) years of age or Principal TK / SD work experience of at least 4 (four) years.
b.Pengawas Special Education (PLB):
educated minimal S1 S2 education education preferably in a clump of specialized education subjects.
Certified special education teachers with work experience of at least eight (8) years of age or PLB Principal work experience of at least 4 (four) years.
c.Pengawas SMP / MTs:
educated minimal S1 S2-based education with educational or non-educational S1 plus Deed in clumps subjects Mathematics, Social Studies, Languages, Sports-Health and clumps of Arts and Culture in accordance with the applicable curriculum.
teachers SMP / MTs certified with work experience of at least eight (8) years of age or Principal of SMP / MTs work experience of at least 4 (four) years.
d.Pengawas SMA / MA:
educated minimal S1 S2-based education with educational or non-educational S1 plus Deed in clumps subjects Mathematics, Social Studies, Languages, Sports-Health and clumps of Arts and Culture in accordance with the applicable curriculum.
high school teacher / MA certified with work experience of at least eight (8) years of age or Principal SMA / MA work experience of at least 4 (four) years.
e.Pengawas SMK / MAK:
educated minimal S1 S2-based education with educational or non-educational S1 plus Deed in a clump of agriculture and forestry, and industrial technology, business and management, public welfare, Tourism and clumps of arts and crafts in accordance with the applicable curriculum.
teacher SMK / MAK certified with work experience of at least eight (8) years of age or Principal SMK / MAK work experience of at least 4 (four) years.
Academic qualifications described above as basis for carrying out recruitment and selection of candidates for supervisor. This means that in the appointment of supervisory or educational unit recruitment of prospective inspectors must meet the qualifications mentioned above to further participate in the selection or screening in particular.
Sorting through a test consisting of a written test, performance test and forto folio. The written test includes (1) test the potential academic and emotional intelligence (2) test the mastery of supervision and (3) test the creativity and achievement motivation. Performance tests conducted by supervisory paper presentations followed by interview. While forto folio is carried out through an assessment of the scientific works produced prospective supervisors and physical evidence of involvement in scientific activities such as seminars, workshops, training etc.
